Job summary

Intugo is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper to support accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency in English. This position offers a hybrid work environment in Guadalajara.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients or CPA firms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP)

Intermediate-Advanced to Advanced English proficiency

Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
