Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Bookkeeper to own US books, AP/AR, and global payroll while reporting to the founder. This remote, high-trust role handles full monthly accounting cycles and HR administration for US and international employees.

You will use Puzzle, Brex, Chargebee, and Rippling to process transactions, invoices, payments, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions. This is a solo ownership role in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with AP/AR and payroll.
• US company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own US books in Puzzle and reconcile monthly.
• Process vendor bills and weekly payments.
• Manage Brex receipts and expense compliance.
• Issue invoices via Chargebee and manage collections.
• Process payroll for US and international employees in Rippling.
• Support HR onboarding/offboarding and maintain records.
• Coordinate payroll-related accruals and reporting.
