Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; teaching certification including special education.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with a literacy focus.
• Experience interpreting psychoeducational evaluations and translating results into accommodations.
• Multicultural curriculum development and culturally responsive teaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide small-group or one-on-one literacy instruction to students.
• Use assessments to identify learning needs and tailor interventions.
• Develop and manage individualized learning profiles for students needing support.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support progress.
• Coordinate scheduling for observations and meetings with outside providers.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Master’s degree preferred

Professional Teacher Certification (including special education)

Literacy focus teaching

Intervention strategies

Differentiated instruction

Data-driven teaching

Experience with psychoeducational evaluations
