Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogy or related field.
• Master's degree desirable.
• 2-3 years experience with Middle/High School students.
• Experience conducting psychopedagogical assessments.
• Knowledge of inclusive education and accommodations.
• Strong communication with teachers and families; bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychopedagogical assessments to identify learning, attention, behavioural, academic, and school-adjustment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' academic and personal development.
• Monitor students at academic risk and coordinate support plans.
• Coordinate adjustments and refer to external specialists when necessary.
• Provide guidance on emotional regulation, adaptation, and study skills.
• Develop preventive initiatives focused on wellbeing and inclusive culture.
• Support vocational guidance for High School students.
• Advise teachers on inclusive practices and differentiated support.
• Maintain confidential student records and communicate with families.
