AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering training to business users.
• Experience establishing workflows and training frameworks from scratch.

• Self-starter who identifies gaps and drives solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and related tools.
• Serve as the bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams.
• Define and document internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program including scheduling and adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement to drive autonomy.
