AgileEngine in Puebla, Mexico, seeks a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will build training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods while coordinating rollout across teams.

You will drive adoption, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks with leadership, empowering teams to operate with autonomy and continuous learning.

Formación

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management, driving operational readiness or change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience conducting training sessions for business users.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders from technical leads to regional managers.
• Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and an adaptable mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and digital tools.
• Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams for seamless collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch e-commerce support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, and adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement to empower teams.
