AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. The role blends technical delivery with business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage rollout lifecycles, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams to drive autonomy and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and digital tools.
• Bridge between technical delivery teams and regional ops/marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable operational processes for post-launch e-commerce support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of this enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, and tracking adoption progress.
• Identify critical operational bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them proactively with leadership.
• Drive internal teams toward autonomy by fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

About the role

We are looking for a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods. You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams.

What you will do

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and surrounding digital tools.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable operational processes for post-launch e-commerce support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of this enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, and tracking adoption progress.
• Identify critical operational bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them proactively with leadership.
• Drive internal teams toward autonomy by fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

Must haves

• Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and a highly adaptable mindset (this is prioritized over specific years of rigid technical experience).
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management, specifically driving operational readiness or change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience conducting training sessions. You will manage cross-functional workflows, establish training frameworks, develop clear documentation on new tooling and ways of working, and deliver training to the business users for each Unified Commerce launch.
• Experience establishing workflows, processes, and training frameworks from scratch (e.g., "train-the-trainer" methodologies).
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with multiple stakeholders (from technical leads to regional managers).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who thrives on problem solving and filling gaps as they are identified.

Nice to haves

• Hands-on exposure to Shopify or Shopify Plus platform operations.
• Experience working with Prestige Beauty, Enterprise Retail, or global E-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and agile project management tools.
