AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will build training frameworks, create documentation, and runbooks, and manage rollout lifecycles with a train-the-trainer approach.

You will coordinate with technical delivery and regional teams to ensure smooth collaboration, while driving ongoing improvement and adoption across business users during each launch.

Formación

• 2+ years of program or project management experience driving operational readiness or change initiatives.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering to business users for launches.
• Ability to establish training frameworks, train-the-trainer methods, and clear documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and related tools.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operations or marketing for seamless collaboration.
• Define and document internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable e-commerce support processes.
