AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to empower internal teams with Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will create training frameworks, runbooks, and documentation while managing rollout cycles and adoption tracking across regional teams.

The role emphasizes training delivery, train-the-trainer methodologies, and strong cross-functional collaboration, with an upper-intermediate English requirement and a fully remote work model.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills with adaptability and clear communication.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience driving readiness or change.
• Experience conducting training sessions and developing runbooks/documentation.
• Experience creating workflows and training frameworks from scratch using train-the-trainer methods.
• Excellent organization, planning, and stakeholder support abilities.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and digital tools.
• Bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams to enable collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes post-launch.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program including scheduling and adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with leadership to improve adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement toward autonomy.
