AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You’ll build training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks, and manage rollout across teams with a train-the-trainer approach and clear adoption goals.

You will bridge technical delivery and regional operations, delivering training to business users, documenting workflows, and driving ongoing improvements for post-launch support and autonomy.

Formación

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience delivering training sessions to business users.
• Ability to establish training frameworks and documentation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operations and marketing for collaboration.
• Define and document internal workflows, runbooks, and repeatable processes.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle including scheduling and tracking adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
