Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.

• Familiarity with access management and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of bank statements, payment processing, and cash management concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
