Kyndryl is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support Treasury and Cash Management operations, monitoring payment processing, bank statement interfaces, and access controls on banking portals. You will coordinate with Treasury, business users, and banking partners to ensure reliability and security.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, Excel, and incident-management skills, with experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow and a focus on regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes
• Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with access management and reconciliation processes
• Understanding of bank statements, payment processing, and cash management concepts
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
