Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. in Mexico is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support Treasury and Cash Management operations, monitoring payment processing, bank statement interfaces, and banking portal access controls.

You will serve as a key link between Treasury Operations, business users, banking partners, and IT teams to ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of Treasury applications. This role offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities to grow your technical and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience with incident and problem management processes.
• Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with access management and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of bank statements, payments, and cash management concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
