Grupo TECMA, based in Mexico, Baja California, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support cash management, reporting, and payment processing for the US operations. The role entails analyzing daily cash positions, managing cash flow reports, and ensuring timely SAP payment processing.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree and 2–4 years of treasury or accounting experience, with strong SAP and bank portal skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site position in Tijuana.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of treasury, finance or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with bank portals and payment processing systems.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and treasury best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze the daily cash position for US operations.
• Manage weekly cash and loan reports for corporate entities.
• Oversee the clearing of payments in SAP and ensure timely processing.
• Generate weekly Cash Flow Actuals reports and support forecasting.
• Collaborate on payment proposal files and accounts payable aging analysis.
• Review and release invoices through the portal and verify payments daily.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure adherence to internal controls.
