Idoneus Talent is seeking a Treasury and Accounts Payable Expert in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City to efficiently manage the AP cycle and cash management.

The candidate should have 5+ years in AP and Treasury, advanced English, and a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Hybrid work; strong tax and banking coordination responsibilities.

Treasury and Accounts Payable Expert Idoneus Talent is looking for a Treasury and Accounts Payable Expert in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City Position Objective Efficiently manage the entire Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, contributing to working capital efficiency, while properly managing all functions related to cash management.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury, with a focus on maintaining optimal working capital levels.
• Previous experience in Fintech, acquiring, payment processing, or financial services is preferred.
• Approximately 200 invoices per month.
• Approximately 60 payments per month.

Knowledge and Skills

• Working capital: knowledge of the formula used to calculate working capital.
• Forecast accuracy: knowledge of the calculation formula and ability to maintain a variance margin of less than 5%.
• Knowledge of the different VAT rates applicable in Mexico.
• Hands-on experience managing and using multiple banking platforms and portals is mandatory.
• Solid general knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, including Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA) and related regulations, import duties, the Federal Tax Code, Customs Law, and other applicable regulations.
• Accounts Payable turnover ratio.
• Working capital ratio/index.
• Timing of liability recognition and recording.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely recording of all company liabilities based on agreed commercial terms and conditions.
• Manage relationships with banking institutions and be responsible for the execution, control, and application of all payments and cash outflows.
• Work closely with the Controllership team to ensure timely tax compliance related to the company's expenditures and payments.
• Support the Finance Management team in improving policies and procedures throughout the payment and disbursement cycle.

Position Details

• Salary: MXN $30,000$35,000 per month
