nVent is seeking a finance professional to join our treasury team in Monterrey, focusing on cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and intercompany funding across currencies.

You will support daily bank reconciliations, treasury payments, and automation enhancements while maintaining internal controls and collaborating with internal and external auditors in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years or progressive treasury experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; banking platforms and treasury systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across currencies/regions.
• Daily bank account reconciliations and support of month-end close.
• Bank account and user administration.
• Settlement of treasury payments including debt, FX and other payments.
• Optimize global liquidity via intercompany funding and cash pooling.
• Automate cash positioning, bank reporting and liquidity dashboards.
• Manage an intercompany netting system.
• Maintain internal controls and process memos.
• Drive treasury system and technology enhancements.
• Standardize banks, processes and internal procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• Daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and regions.
• Daily bank account reconciliation and support of month-end close.
• Bank account and user administration.
• Settlement of treasury payments including the settlement of debt, foreign exchange and other treasury related payments.
• Optimize global liquidity through intercompany funding, cash pooling arrangements, in-house banking strategies and investments.
• Improve automation around cash positioning, bank reporting and liquidity dashboards Bank account and user administration.
• Manage an intercompany netting system.
• Keep internal controls and process memos up to date.
• Drive treasury system and other technology enhancements.
• Standardize banks, banking processes, and internal procedures.

YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years or progressive treasury experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as banking platforms and treasury management systems.
• Desirable experience in: Global cash management, multi-currency liquidity structures, multi-national, publicly traded companies and working with internal and external audit.
• Strong analytical, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
