nVent is seeking a pricing-focused professional to join its Global Pricing team in Monterrey. You will develop and implement price actions on forecast models, manage modified quote pricing, and collaborate across business segments to shape pricing strategies.

The role involves profitability analytics, data-driven recommendations, and price waterfall and cost-to-serve analyses to improve revenue. Strong Excel skills and experience with PriceFx, SAP, SQL, and BI tools are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics required.
• 2+ years’ experience analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance or marketing.
• Excellent digital literacy; strong Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with PriceFx, Tacton, JDE, M3 and/or SAP preferred; Java/SQL/Tableau/Power BI/Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions across stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

Join a multifaceted Global Pricing team that is on a digital pricing transformation journey. Develop and implement price action on price realization forecasting models to realize impact on pricing changes on revenue. Implement price management activities on modified quote pricing and special price agreements to collect value of our product portfolio offerings. Collaborate within business segment to recommend pricing strategies and models based upon current business and driving global dynamics. Perform product and customer profitability analytics through effective price action on customer accounts. Develop data analytics, including target price guidance logic, data-driven recommendation of delegation of authority thresholds, regional price variability recommendations, competitive indexing, ship-and-debit claims impact analytics, price waterfall models and cost-to-serve analysis. Monitor price performance metrics and perform periodic price analysis for product lines, pricing, customers. Implement various pricing strategies on global environment, including global contracts, price leader vs price follower, mature growth market vs penetration growth market strategy.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics required 2+ years’ experience analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, marketing area Excellent digital literacy, including the ability to work optimally in Microsoft Office (specially Excell). Experience with PriceFx, Tacton, JDE, M3 and/or SAP preferred Java, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce will be a plus Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions with individuals that may have differing agendas and strong opinions Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships
