nVent is seeking professionals in Monterrey to join our global supply chain team. In this role you will analyze spend, perform detailed supply market analysis, and support cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with project leads, document processes, and become the go-to expert for sourcing tools like JDE/MRP and Sievo, helping us deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions for our customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong prioritize, self-driven, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and ERP/MRP systems.

• Analyze spend and perform detailed supply market analysis and track performance results.

• Develop, document, and maintain common processes performed.
• Support supply management software’s and systems becoming subject matter expert.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and being self-driven.
• Interpersonal skills to operate effectively at all levels within the organization and with suppliers.
• Ability to proactively use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, focus on problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint).
• Experience working with JDE or MRP Systems Preferred.
• Experience with Sievo preferred.
