Qualifications

• 7+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, and freight invoice processes.
• Ability to manage carriers, 3PLs, and cross-border movements.
• Strong analytics, project management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound transportation by road, air, ocean, and cross-border moves.
• Plan, tender, track, and close shipments ensuring compliance with docs and customs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; drive cost control and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop transportation team members; set clear objectives.
