OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Cost Efficiency Manager based in Matamoros, Mexico, to identify and drive margin-improvement initiatives across the manufacturing and supply portfolio.

You will develop robust should-cost models and lead complex ToW projects with global suppliers to reduce total costs and protect supply continuity. The role requires a strong background in cost engineering, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in SAP, Excel, and Power BI to deliver multi-million-dollar savings

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sourcing, Procurement, Cost Engineering, or Manufacturing operations (global footprint).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong should-cost methodology and TCO breakdown experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and footprint transitions.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and deploy should-cost models for electronics, materials, and assemblies.
• Lead ToW initiatives and transition production to cost-effective suppliers.
• Drive VA/VE workshops with Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Track and govern a multi-million-dollar cost-savings pipeline.
• Benchmark suppliers to identify pricing anomalies and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with Plant Ops, Product Management, Quality, and Logistics.
• Present cost-down metrics and risk registers to sourcing leadership.
