Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

Lead end-to-end supply chain including demand/production planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics to align material availability with production schedules and customer requirements. Responsibilities include translating demand, backlog, and forecast into an executable plan while coordinating with Operations, NPI, Quality, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; strong leadership required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and leading continuous improvement.
