RXO Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers.

You will perform time analysis, KPI management, and BI reporting for customers and internal teams. The role involves scheduling pickups/deliveries, notifying customers of deviations, handling driver and customer inquiries, obtaining updates from providers, and generating monthly reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work.
• 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and track pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of deviations from the schedule.
• Answer driver and customer calls/emails and address operation needs.
• Obtain updates from transportation providers and enter data into dispatch system.
• Communicate problems with customers or vendors.
