Amazon Mexico is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead capacity and volume planning across its transportation network. You will design mid-to-long term plans, drive cross-functional coordination, and deliver actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy and automation.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Fulfillment Centers and Last Mile teams, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute short-to-mid term volume forecasts for MX transportation network.
• Own weekly and daily volume forecast accuracy with inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Perform RCA for forecast misses and plan-vs-actual variances; deliver remediation plans.
• Manage volume allocation across delivery stations and service types.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Labor Planning, Operations, OTR Planning, Network Design, Line Haul Planning, and Fulfillment Centers.
• Generate and deliver weekly Flash reports with performance summaries and RCA.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual forecasting and increase automation.
• Manage volume trade-off decisions and quantify impacts on downstream capacity.
• Own the volume bridge between upstream signals and downstream capacity plans.
