RXO Inc. is seeking an Associate Analyst, Transportation in Monterrey, Mexico. This onsite, full-time role focuses on scheduling shipments, tracking loads, and keeping systems up to date.

The successful candidate will interact with customers in English and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely updates. Ideal applicants have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in transportation, and proficiency with MS Suite, TMS, and ATS.

Formación

• Conversational English is required.
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience are required as a baseline.

Responsabilidades

• Take meetings with customer in English and update information.
• Work with carriers to have the system up to date.
• Track shipments and update the system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a 4-member team to build strong relationships.
