The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in training or internship, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with managers, HR, and operations to simplify processes and improve training delivery.

Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, all collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs.You will be mainly accountable for:Develop Promotion Systems as: Evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and Evaluations application (practical).Follow-up for Competency Certification process such Creation and update of Competency Certification sheets, Application of Competency Certification sheets, Technical support in certification processes and Competency Matrix management.Lead Onboarding – Technical: Design of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements.
