Job summary

Concentrix Sentura in Mexico City Downtown Insurgentes is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates. You will mentor fellow trainers, review curricula, and evaluate programs to ensure top-tier service and delivery.

Bachelor's degree in related field and 2–4 years of relevant training experience.
Experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day direction of agents within the training classroom, including progress monitoring and coaching.
Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills across various modalities.
Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning and hands-on demonstrations.
Measure training effectiveness using feedback methods and evaluation results.
Support Operations to transition agents from training to production and ensure competency.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in cross-functional meetings.
