Salesforce is seeking a Content Strategist for Emerging Products to define learning strategy before GA and ensure day-one content readiness across launches. You will partner with product and engineering teams to transform complex architectures into learner-centered content for admins, developers, and employees.

You’ll create reusable frameworks and playbooks to shorten time-to-publish, with a focus on AI-powered Trailhead content.

Formación

• 5+ years in content strategy, instructional design, or content development in tech/enterprise learning.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into learner-centered content for multiple audiences.
• Experience partnering with product or engineering to align content with development cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own content strategy for emerging Salesforce products from pre-GA to launch.
• Translate product architectures into learner-centered content for admins, developers, and architects.
• Build reusable content frameworks and playbooks to accelerate day-one learning across product launches.
