The role emphasizes a strong SDLC, automated testing, and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in SQL Server, Python, Linux, and GitHub is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in finance or similar tech environments.
• Strong SQL Server T-SQL and database administration skills.
• Proficient Python for automation and integration tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with English B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt daily technical assistance for the trading platform and B2B integration flows.
• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, operations, analysts, and compliance to gather requirements.
• Maintain a rigorous SDLC with automated testing and regression coverage.
• Establish and maintain an internal knowledge repository for smooth operations.
• Conduct training for business users and mentor new team members.
• Support and strengthen team culture and strategic vision.
