• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative support role preferred.
• Experience in customer services role preferred.
• In lieu of degree, combination of education and years of experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver multi-level operational support for shipments and transportation through tracking and tracing activities, ensuring on-time delivery and pickup.
• Clarify load requirements with carriers and confirm drivers have proper information.
• Maintain constant, clear communications with stakeholders across GlobalTranz’s load.
• Utilize and update tracking methods in GlobalTranz’s load management system.
• Support OS&D by gathering detailed information from carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
