Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM or Operational Excellence.
• Proven TPM implementation experience with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design TPM roadmap and governance framework.
• Deploy TPM methodologies and sustainment systems.
• Train operators and build capability for autonomous maintenance.
• Drive loss elimination and Kaizen routines to improve OEE.
