Job summary

Siemens in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Production Systems Architect to design, deploy, and sustain a world-class TPM operating system. You will strengthen equipment reliability, improve OEE, and foster a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in TPM implementation, a engineering degree, and at least five years in manufacturing or Operational Excellence, with hands-on experience turning losses into Kaizen opportunities.

Responsibilities

About The Role

At Siemens, we are looking for a Production Systems Architect to design, deploy, and sustain a world-class TPM operating system that strengthens equipment reliability, OEE performance, and continuous improvement culture.

THE MISSION

This role is for a true system builder: someone who can turn equipment losses into Kaizen opportunities, establish TPM governance, develop operators through Autonomous Maintenance, and create sustainable manufacturing excellence systems.

What You Will Build

• TPM deployment roadmap
• OEE measurement and governance system
• Autonomous and Planned Maintenance frameworks
• Loss elimination and Kaizen routines
• TPM capability-building and visual management systems

What We Are Looking For

• Engineering degree
• 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM, or Operational Excellence
• Proven TPM implementation experience — not just exposure
• Strong command of OEE, JIPM 8 Pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF, MTTR, 5S, RCA
• Measurable impact on operational performance
