Job summary

Qualifications
- Engineering background in mechanical, electrical or electronic fields.
- Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability with TPM experience.
- Strong data analytics and statistical control capabilities.
- Projects, procurement knowledge and lean methodologies.
- Predictive analytics tools and condition-based maintenance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Improve maintenance plans through TPM-based planning and control.
- Deploy company standards across value streams and plants.
- Coach VS engineers and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and drive reliability across operations.
- Participate in meetings with lead plants and mentor others.
