Siemens Mobility in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is seeking a Production Systems Architect to design, deploy, and sustain a world-class TPM operating system that strengthens equipment reliability, OEE, and continuous improvement culture.

The role is for a true system builder who can turn equipment losses into Kaizen opportunities, establish TPM governance, and develop operators through Autonomous Maintenance to drive manufacturing excellence across the plant.
