You will drive OEE governance, TPM frameworks, and loss-elimination initiatives to boost output and quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, TPM, or operational excellence, with proven TPM implementation experience and strong knowledge of OEE, JIPM pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF/MTTR, 5S, and RCA and a track
