Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years in HRIS or HR technology roles, SaaS HR systems experience.
• Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS HR systems like Workday with IT, Payroll, and vendors.
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements; provide design and business rules.
• Conduct system testing and manage releases; document post-deployment changes.
