A global premium spirits company is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist who will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of Workday solutions globally. The candidate will act as an internal consultant, providing advanced support and leading projects to enhance HR technologies. Applicants should have 3+ years of experience with Workday and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday design, configuration, training, and support in a cloud solution environment.
• Proven experience in project management and leading technology implementation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Time, Absence, Security, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Develop and maintain Workday security roles and permissions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Workday configurations.
