Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM to support purchasing operations, process purchase orders, coordinate supplier communications, and ensure policy compliance. You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive timely procurement activities and data integrity.

The role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and requires collaboration with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across LATAM. Strong Excel and ERP proficiency are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related operational functions.
• Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated and non-MRP purchases, services, CapEx, packaging, and indirect procurement.
• Coordinate creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, schedules, and inquiries.
• Maintain supplier and purchasing records with data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable to resolve procurement and invoice issues.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and purchasing policies for compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM

As a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM, you will support the execution of purchasing operations across the region by processing purchase orders, coordinating supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support timely purchasing activities, resolve operational issues, maintain procurement data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and service excellence.

This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and collaborates closely with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across LATAM.

What Will You Do

• Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, non-MRP generated, services, CapEx, packaging, and indirect procurement requirements.
• Support the creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and operational inquiries.
• Maintain supplier and purchasing information records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.
• Partner with Procurement Operations, business stakeholders, and Accounts Payable to resolve procurement and invoice-related issues.
• Monitor operational performance and support compliance with established KPIs, SLAs, and purchasing policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement best practices across procurement operations.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related operational functions.
• General understanding of procurement processes, purchase order creation and management, supplier interactions, and purchasing operations.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and Pivot Tables.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Portuguese proficiency (written and spoken) required.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Previous customer service or supplier-facing experience.
• Experience supporting operations in South America.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and/or LATAM customs and trade systems is a plus.
