Leviton in Jimenez, Chihuahua seeks a hands-on Tool Room Supervisor to lead daily tooling operations, coordinate with production and other departments, and drive safety and continuous improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling equipment, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electric or Mechanics, with at least one year in manufacturing tooling and conversational English.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electric or Mechanical.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, tooling, machining or related environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Conversational English required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily Tool Room operations to ensure work is completed on schedule and supports production.
• Coordinate activities and communicate with multiple departments to meet objectives.
• Execute projects directed by the Tool Room Manager and monitor performance.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members; promote safety and 5S+1 standards.
