Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Product Engineer who will oversee core manufacturing processes and mentor fellow engineers onsite. This role focuses on implementing, supporting, training, and troubleshooting the assigned process to ensure seamless operations.

You will drive process improvements, assess changes across the manufacturing chain, and act as a technical leader reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to uphold manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in appropriate fields.
• 2 to 4 years work-related experience in the EMS or equivalent industry.
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate other engineers at the site and oversee core manufacturing processes.
• Implement, support, train, and troubleshoot for the assigned process.
• Be a leader within the engineering team and drive technical excellence.
• Ensure excellence on the assigned manufacturing process as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
