You will coordinate with project leaders, analyze changes and drive design reviews to maintain production efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Methods Engineering area.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities based on the project leader plan to achieve program objectives during each construction phase.
• Analyze engineering changes and notify impact on equipment and tooling.
• Lead management of engineering changes and design reviews.
• Oversee manufacturing system design to ensure quality, output and efficiency for harness families.
• Ensure delivery and installation of machinery and equipment to meet process capacity.
• Monitor investments and expenses related to new program launches and engineering changes.
