AUMOVIO MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (0429) is seeking a Technical Project Lead to coordinate the engineering core team and ensure product maturity across the PLC. You will lead System MLC activities and manage SE work packages, aligning with project budget and timelines.

The role requires a Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic/Engineering background, Advanced English, and automotive experience. Onsite position with collaboration across global locations is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electronic and Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience: 1+ years in automotive industry.
• Desirable: Plastic injection molding parts design experience.
• Desirable: Problem solving methods (e.g., 8D).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the engineering core team to ensure product maturity during PLC within a dedicated project.
• End-to-end responsible for System MLC activities and releasing technical maturity from an engineering perspective.
• Lead, plan, monitor, and control all System Engineering work packages and deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Report to the TPL Management and Project Manager; represent Engineering to internal and external interfaces.
• Cooperate with the Quality Manager to define and apply project quality assurance measures.

Job Description

• The Technical Project Lead coordinates the engineering core team to ensure the product maturity during product lifecycle (PLC) within a dedicated project.
• The TPL is end-to-end responsible for System MLC activities, collecting other domain MLC status including releasing the technical maturity of the overall product from an engineering perspective.
• The TPL is responsible to lead, plan, monitor and control all System Engineering (SE) work packages and deliverables according to PLC, within agreed discipline budget and time schedule in harmonization with related roles.
• The TPL reports to the TPL Management and the Project Manager and represents the Engineering team to all internal and external interfaces.
• The TPL cooperates closely with the Quality Manager in the Project to define and apply the project quality assurance measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic and Mechanic Engineering (or equivalent)
• Advanced English
• Experience:
  • 1+ yearsin automotive industry
  • Plastic injection molding parts design experience (desirable)
