Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist to configure, support, and enhance Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking modules for our clients in Mexico.

You will gather requirements, design system changes, and support testing and deployments, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
• Experience with Business Rules, Time Valuation, Workflows, and Employee Central Data Model.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP); EC Payroll and ABAP are a plus.
