Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Specialists to support configuration, implementation, and ongoing improvement of HR solutions for a major banking organization. The role requires hands-on SF configuration across Talent, Performance, or Time Off/Time Tracking modules and articulation with HR processes.

The position is Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Mexico City with English at Advanced level for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in at least one of the specialties listed above.
• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis, and designing solutions.
• Knowledge of HR processes and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with functional testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Participate in functional testing, system upgrades, releases, and incident resolution.

Location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. English Level: Advanced B2–C1 (English interview required)

We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Specialists to join projects focused on configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Human Capital Management solutions for a major organization in the banking industry.

Areas of focus

• SAP SuccessFactors – Talent & Succession Management: Talent management, succession planning, functional configuration, and HR process improvement.
• SAP SuccessFactors – Performance Management: Performance management, goal setting, functional configuration, and optimization of performance evaluation processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors – Time Off / Time Tracking: Time-off management, timesheets, time tracking, business rules, and workflow configuration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in at least one of the specialties listed above.

Experience requirements by specialization

• Talent & Succession Management: Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
• Performance Management: Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
• Time Off / Time Tracking: Hands-on experience with the modules, business rule configuration, time valuation, and workflows.
