Job summary

PwC México seeks a Senior Associate with SAP HCM and Payroll expertise to implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM, Time Management, and Payroll modules in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with HR and IT to ensure compliant, efficient payroll solutions aligned with local regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of SAP HCM, Payroll and TM experience, plus knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of SAP HCM, Payroll and TM experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM & Payroll components including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and payroll regulations within SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and Payroll issues, and lead system upgrades or integrations.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Collaborate with external vendors where necessary.
• Support reporting and analytics for HR and payroll operations.
