Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Test Technician-2 to develop, maintain, and improve test and burn-in processes in a manufacturing setting. The role involves reviewing specifications, ensuring safety, and driving reliability through proactive maintenance and process enhancements.

The selected candidate will troubleshoot across multiple system levels, support new product introductions, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and train teams.

Formación

• Associates degree or military technical training, or an equivalent experience.
• Typically requires at least 6 years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read complex drawings, perform diagnostics and improve test processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, maintains and improves test and burn-in processes.
• Reviews process specifications and updates as required to reflect requirements.
• Ensures safety specifications and monitors quality yields.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and training packages with engineers.
• Troubleshoots at multiple system levels and logs defects.
