Flex is seeking an experienced test engineer in Mexico to perform complex engineering tests and development tasks for industrial equipment and machinery. You will analyze results, collect data, and implement changes to resolve problems, while ensuring test procedures meet specifications.

The role requires a strong background in engineering testing, ability to work with data and drawings, and to train technicians on procedures and equipment used to test customer products per their specifications.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent vocational training with about 10 years of related experience.
• Experience conducting complex engineering tests and analyzing results.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Performs complex engineering tests, checkouts, and development engineering tasks.
• Analyzes test results and implements changes to resolve problems.
• Collects data, analyzes results and implements procedures.
• Reviews project instructions and blueprints to determine test specifications and objectives.
• Devises, fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components for testing.
• Sets up and conducts tests of units and components under operational conditions to obtain data for development and quality control.
• Assists engineers in developing hardware and software required to test customer products per their specifications.
• Trains technicians and operators on products, processes and equipment.
