Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of testing procedures for electronic products. You will guide a team, coordinate test programs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating with other engineering functions.

The role emphasizes hands-on ICT testing, fixture development, process validation, and ramp-up support for new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Experience leading Test Engineering teams in electronics manufacturing (EMS/PCBA).
• Strong background in ICT functional testing, fixture development, and yield improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates test engineering activities for testing hardware and software.
• Leads development and optimization of ICT test solutions for product quality and efficiency.
• Oversees NPI test readiness, equipment qualification, and ramp-up support.
