Jabil is seeking a candidate to design, develop, and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production. The role involves leading recruitment and training of Process Technicians and coaching team members to deliver excellence to customers.

Under limited supervision, you will establish measurable goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics while ensuring safety and compliance with ISO/QS standards.

Formación

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical material and reports.
• Strong mathematical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software.
• Lead recruitment and training of Process Technicians.
• Improve operational metrics and ensure safety and quality.
