Jabil in Mexico designs and maintains test procedures and tester hardware/software for circuit board production. You will lead recruitment and coaching of Process Technicians, drive performance improvements, and ensure safe, compliant test operations on the manufacturing floor.

The role emphasizes staff development, collaboration with engineering teams, and delivering measurable results for internal and external customers.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and coach Process Technicians.
• Experience implementing performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures for circuit board production.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing and retention of Process Technicians.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver quality results to customers.
• Manage performance reviews and coordinate with managers to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance in test operations.
