Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years experience in engineering/test environments.
Experience leading Test Engineers I & II is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II and communicate criteria to recruiters.
Coach Test Engineers in interviewing and hiring processes and monitor turnover.
Develop training curricula and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
Set measurable goals and drive performance improvements across the team.
Provide clear communication and organize information within the department.
Define test engineering strategies aligned with campus directions and budgets.
